1.	What is SPOT App?

Downloading and using the app is free. However, when using the app, Users may have to pay costs imposed by Internet, data or mobile operators, such as connection and Internet browsing fees.

2.	Does creating an account in SPOT invove any costs for the user?

To earn points you must have downloaded the app, sign up for an account and scan your shopping receipts within 72 hours of purchase by following the instructions in the app. In addition, you can earn points for activities such as: recommending PROMENADA SPOT to a friend, checking in at the mall, etc.The number of points offered for each of the above actions is dynamic and is mentioned in the My PROMENADA SPOT section. More details in the My PROMENADA SPOT section.Earned points expire within 24 months of receipt if not spent.

3.	How do I earn points and how long are they valid?

If your receipt is longer and cannot be read by the scanner in the PROMENADA SPOT app, please fold the receipt so that the top of the receipt (store, address, tax code), the total and the bottom of the receipt (date, time, RL code) can be read.

5.	How can I view benefits and history of scanned receipts?

To spend your points you can choose any of the gifts in the My PROMENADA SPOT -&gt; Spend Now section. To be eligible for claiming, the chosen gift must be worth less than or equal to the number of points available in your account.

6.	How can I spend my points?

In order to receive the gifts and benefits in the app, please book the gift or benefit and follow the instructions and steps sent by email following the booking of a benefit.

7.	How can I get the gifts and services in the app?

You can also scan your receipt at home. All you have to do is not exceed 72 hours after purchase. Otherwise, the receipt will not be accepted for scanning.

8.	Do I have to be in the mall to scan shopping receipts?

To scan a receipt you need to access the "Scan Voucher" section of the app. The receipts can only be scanned if you are logged into the app. The application does not allow the action of scanning receipts and accumulating points for users who are not logged in.

9.	I cannot scan a receipt. What to do?

To change your password you need to click on "Forgot password" from the login screen.

To change your personal details in PROMENADA SPOT go to My Account -&gt; Personal Details.

12.	How can I change my person-al data?

We want you to enjoy the benefits of PROMENADA SPOT for as long as pos-sible. However, if you choose to delete your account you can do so from the My Account -&gt; Account Settings sec-tion. Please note that deleting your account means deleting all points and benefits.
