This Cookies Policy (“Cookies Policy“) describes different types of cookies used for the website owned and controlled by NEPI REAL ESTATE PROJECT ONE DOO (“Promenada Novi Sad“), a Serbian company, having its registered office in Bulevar oslobođenja 119, 21000 Novi Sad , registered with the Trade Register under no. 21165719, sole registration code 109345294. Promenada Novi Sad acts as Data Controller.
In promoting the Shopping Centre, including through the Website, NE Property BV is working together with the following entities part of the NEPI Rockcastle Group: Promenada Novi Sad (“Shopping Centre”), NEPI Investment Management SRL (“NIM”) and Marketing Advisers SRL (“MA”). From the perspective of the management of your personal data, the entities of the NEPI Rockcastle Group mentioned above act as joint controllers, according to Article (26) of the GDPR and according to the Article 43 of the Personal Data Protection Law (“Official Gazette RS” no. 87/2018).
NE Property BV, the Shopping Centre, NIM and MA are part of the Nepi Rockcastle Group, and shall together be referred to for the purposes of this Policy as the “NEPI Rockcastle Group” or the “Joint Controllers”. Where this Cookie Policy uses “We”, “Our”, this will refer to the NEPI Rockcastle Group.
What are cookies?
